About Control4 Partners

New Forest Technology Services is a technology services company based at 11 Blakes Yard, New Street Mews, Lymington, Hampshire SO41 9NW. We design, install and support the technology inside homes and businesses: home automation, audio-visual, security, networking, lighting and electrical work.

Control4 Partners is the part of the business that looks after Control4. As registered Control4 dealers and partners we supply and install the full range, and we take on systems that other people installed. Many of the owners we work with came to us when their original installer closed, moved away or stopped answering the phone. Others wanted something their installer said couldn’t be done.

That second group is where we’re most at home. We write our own Control4 drivers through Custom Control, our driver studio, so we’re rarely limited to what’s already on the shelf. It’s why we can take on anything from a single-room set-up to a complex assisted-living home, and make it happen.

Control4 rarely lives on its own. It sits on top of a network, drives lighting and audio, and often has to work with cameras, door entry or another automation system. Because the wider NFTS team handles all of that too, there’s one company responsible for the whole picture.
