Control4 Partners is the Control4 division of New Forest Technology Services. This notice explains what happens to the information you send us through this website.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the postcode of the property, and the information you provide about your home and its system.
Why we collect it
Only to answer your enquiry, advise you, and arrange and carry out work. We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell or share them with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Where we have carried out work, we keep the records needed for warranties, servicing and our legal obligations.
Who can see it
Enquiries are received by our Control4 team at New Forest Technology Services. Stored records are visible only to authorised staff.
Cookies
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and uses no analytics that identify you.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action the request.
